Hi, thanks for coming by. Lets have some coffee

I lied about the skating and didnt go.

Good thing about this is, that no one knows. And even if the whole planet knows, it doesnt matter. No one cares! I am the only one who cares. And I forgive myself. Being compasionate is important, because at the end of the day, you have to ask yourself why and how to proceed from there, find a better way for yourself. And you can do that while beating yourself up or while not doing it. You already suffered the worst consequence, the no fullfillment of yourself (the top of your needs according to a pyramid of pyschological needs in psychology, no YOU go google it, I have to fuckin pack my skate shit for next session).

Anyway, good rule of thumb is to be just as compasionate to yourself as you would be to your friends. And it usually never helps to verbally beat up my friends for not studying (or anything). Try something else to move forward, try things. Dont stay the same. Things must change. Change will always happen, either you go with it or drown ((attempts kickflip, falls and dies)).

At least heaven hell (yeah wtf) has good wifi!
